About Us
In 2006, Laura graduated from Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood). Since then she has taught at Primary schools, Kindergarten and an Early Childhood Developmental Program (ECDP) in both Victoria and Queensland. Her expertise in Special Needs is vast and since taking leave to have a baby, she has completed extra study in her own time to further her skills and knowledge of Key Word Signing.
In 2001, Monica graduated from the University of Queensland after completing a Bachelor of Arts (Music) and a Graduate Diploma of Music Therapy, then registering with the Australian Music Therapy Association as a Registered Music Therapist. Since graduating, Monica has worked with hundreds of young children with a diagnosed or suspected disability in a Gold Coast-based, Early Childhood Development Program. She has developed a special interest in working with children with special needs and has spent many professional development hours enhancing her key word signing skills and coupling them with music to maximise the skill acquisition potential of the children she works with.
